Antivirus blocking rule
#11
that typ of thing should not be done or alowed in the first place..! if Brian is allowing this on his web sight then the info and help is not safe and this needs to be pointed out to all that see his youtube vids and use this sight.

And their's me thinking this sight was to help ppl not track and display ip's!

Just spent 10mins changing my IP big thanks for that now on phone to my ISP

Signature changed.

VamP you are worrying over nothing I did / do not see your IP neither does anyone else, it's just a loopback that shows each user their own IP. It doesn't even get my details correct that's how inaccurate it is.

Besides your IP would just be a network IP not your router's IP those are always private.

#13
ok VamP I can assure you that your IP address was not shared publicly

the Britec forum,Apologize if it was misleading to some

thank you

#14
Thank you Compton.

Now back to this problem would it be ok for me to copy and paste a screanshot so as you can see the scan results?

#15
If I understand, the blocking rule shows up as a process in the task manager. Is that correct?

#16
yes you can post photo with results

#17
VamP, please be advised that GuiltySpark is a senior member of the forums

I am sure he would not compromise your computer's security in any way

He was only trying to help

#18
ok the issue is resolved lets all say cheers and move on

#19
Sorry for delay but was in bed when I read the last comments. After a scan the blocking rule is found in taskmgr.exe. Thank you Compton here's the screan shot

I would first suggest you to properly remove all these antimalware that run in real time on your system

Next, restart the pc and install this software called Zemana anti-malware free

Once installed, run a deep scan with it and let us know the results
