Looks okay to me. Is the issue resolved as Compton said?

#23
You should also remove SpyHunter as this program is Rogueware.

#24
No I still have this Antivirus Blocking Rule Taskmgr.exe.

I am thing of a clean install of W 10 but since I got the update last year (w 7 to W 10) the prodict key may be a problem not only that loosing all my programs to if I do a backup then the problem may be backed up as well.

#25
So the command prompt still keeps running for no apparent reason?

#26
Partha when I said the issue is resolved I am speaking on a difference matter
not Antivirus blocking rule

I would also remove malware hunter and SpyHunter

Okay. Thanks for clearing that up

VamP, let Windows Defender be the sole antimalware and remove the rest

Concerning the command prompt issue Download Windows All in One Repair Tool (free)   here  https://goo.gl/6ce93 Follow all steps to the letter and make sure that you create a new restore point, and Backup the registry. Like the program suggests perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.https://goo.gl/VkkbUL
