laptop working slow

recently this Monday i was letting my friend borrow my laptop and my friend gave my laptop back yesterday, now it's very slow, after scanned with Avast, Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner, Junkware, Hitmanpro, etc., no threats found! i was decided to ran sfc /scannow in elevated command prompt, it gives me error
I am getting so frustrated

First, run chkdsk /r and then as Compton advised, check the disk's health with those tools

what is CPU & memory usage?

I would advise a clean reinstall of the OS... Nothing else in my view that can resolve this

Please run this Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  command in an elevated command prompt And then rerun the SFC scan. If still no joy Download Windows All in One Repair Tool (free)   here

i don't trust my friend anymore borrow my laptop

i have lots of videos on my laptop, what is the best option to backup my videos? i don't have extra flash drive

also i can restore my system by AOMEI Onekey Recovery

thank you Compton but i have 120 GB videos and dropbox is only 2 GB free edition
