To open msinfo32:
- On the keyboard, hold down the WINDOWS key and press R.
- In the Run box, type MSINFO32 and then click OK.
- In the System Information window, click the File menu and then Export.
- Choose where to save the file and enter a file name, and then click Save.
- Attach the NFO file to out technical support forum.
