I think common sense is the key to safety when you use anything like Facebook Messaging.

now when it comes to Facebook people say Facebook is not safe

I see this all the time people Facebook being hacked now to be fair security fall on both Facebook and user but most of time because of user error

  1. weak passwords on email and Facebook
  2. computer have a virus or malware infection
  3. using friends computer/phone/tablet to login to Facebook
  4. using schools/ work/college computer to login to Facebook
  5. clicking on links on Facebook

all users error what will happen when you tell them how to stay safe online some people never listen then get hacked
