I would like to know do i need to run as administrator before clearing DNS cache in command prompt?

Here's what to do once the file is downloaded to your desktop
open Device Manager
right click on the Unknown Device
select Update Driver Software
(new window) select Browse my computer for driver software
select Let me pick from a list of devices on my computer
scroll down to Sound, video and game controllers
ignore the list and click on Have Disk button
click on Browse button
(select the place you saved the ctgame2k.inf file)
double click on the file then cick on the OK button
The window will show

click Next button
A warning message will popup
cick Yes
A red Windows Security window popup
Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software
click Install this driver software anyway (as you know it's from Creative)
wait a moment...
Then you will see
