I have a new laptop with paid Office 2013 and an older laptop with Office 2013 (rarely used) and a Windows RT Surface with Office 2013 that came with it. I want to sync Office Calender and Contacts on all three. Not so much the 2nd Laptop the Qosmio.
I have rang Australiasia Microsoft Help in Asia and New Zealand and the language barrier is a problem. They have been no help and transfer me all over the place. The serve is bad. They did get me to part configure Exchange and I have always used a proper hotmail sign-in account.
In Australia, we have had a series of Parliamentary Inquiries into what we call the "Australia TAX" where IT Companies charge between 45-55% more to us than the US. I pay top dollar and this is the service I get from Microsoft.
Can you plz help me to sync outlook calenders and contacts between devices? Ive spent a lot of time on this and on you tube to no avail.
