A question about hard drives
#1
Hi,

I'm wondering, If I copy a load of data from an ssd to a Hdd are there any errors in the copy over process or will it be a perfect information copy?
(is there any data loss or corruption in the copying process ?)

Hope this is an easy question for someone to answer,
All the best,
Juno

Hi Juno, you should be able to copy data from a ssd to a hard drive with no issues provided that both the ssd and hard drive are in good health.

Another good program that I use to check hard drives is HD Tune.
