What computer is it? Desktop or Laptop.

Maybe the drive has failed.

hi all
the problem is the model matshita bd-re uj240af ata is not designed for windows 10 and that's why the drive was not seen by windows 10
if you have a model matshita bd-mlt uj240as ata drive it will work with windows 10
I don't know if there is a update for bd-re to work with windows if could you put a link in here
thanks for all the hard work trying to get this to work with my laptop

When I asked has it ever worked on Windows 10, you said yes Confused
If it was working..it must be compatible. Sounds like one of two things.

  1. Driver Issue
  2. Dead Rom Drive.

I remember having Windows Longhorn installed before it was called Windows Vista, but "Pitfall"?...lol Where they not confident at first? I suppose Windows ME was code named "In The Ditch" before it was released huh?...lol

It was all just tongue n' cheek Pitfall never existed. Although it would explain a lot. LOL
