Hi guys,
I'm looking to update this older computer soon, and the main update will be the hdd drive to an ssd.
I know its always best to do a fresh install on a new hard drive, but is this possible if the Win10 version is OEM?
If I can't use the OEM code installed on a new hard drive then would copying the entire contents to the ssd work?
The only potential issue I have with that is the current hdd is a 2TB hard drive, though I've used 870 GB according to the properties. So I'd look to buy a 1TB or maybe 2 TB ssd?
What are the restrictions on an OEM license? would it let me re-install it on a new ssd?
