That has answered the question and it was what I was thinking. I know that you can mod the pcie x1 to fit a x16 card or you can mod the card to fit the slot but as you have sed both gpu's will run at PCIE x1 speed there for not wearth doing. I will go with getting a new MoBo that can run 2 GPU's and stop being a skin flint lol.
