I would not disable the swap file / page file memory is very complex and it's not just there for when the system runs out of memory. You won't get any type of performance gain by turning it off, plus windows only reads from swap file when it needs to which is most of the time, so disabling it makes no sense to me. I think it's best to have some swap file. I know a lot of people disable page file if they have SSD to reduce wear and tear. I think if you have a lot of programs they will need it at some point, disabling it will make the system unstable and be susceptible to crashing and freezing and BSOD. Ask yourself this, the creators of the operating system are pretty smart and page file has been around since the beginning, so if it's not needed..why is it still in Windows 10 today?

I would suggest you leave it on Windows Defaults Settings “Automatically manage paging file size for all drives”.
