Is Pepper Flash Still Relevant?
#1
I have Linux Mint on a bench machine and would like to watch Netflix while working. Is pepper flash still recommended? Or has anything just as good or better come out?

I would say no because must video and web-browser support HTML5

you can watch netflix on chrome without installing any software

just download and install Google chrome login to netfix good to go

I did test it myself a few years ago should work even better now

Thanks for the reply Compton.

I do have Chromium (The Blue Icon) installed on Mint, but Netflix is still telling me that I have to have flash installed... So I must have the wrong version of Chrome installed.

If this is Linux x86 then you won't get flash player any more unless you use an old outdated version.

Google chrome has been virtually removed from x86 linux.

You should be able to use html5 for Netflix ; https://help.netflix.com/en/node/23742
however, Netflix cannot guarantee support for Linux.
