can't logout of windows 10 using the mouse afterCreators update

need some help with Error and with the start menu it won't let me log out only using the keys on the key board with Windows 10 Creators Update
with Attchment

I can't see an error message in your pic, everything's difficult to make out. Is there any screen freezing or hanging going on?

ctrl and alt and delete all at the same time
then it will let me log out

OK. First thing to try would be a sfc scan.

Open up an Elevated CMD prompt (run as admin)


Type;

Quote:sfc /scannow

Hit enter and wait for it to finish scanning.

Make a note or a screenshot of what it says.

(it usually says something like No Corruptions or Corruptions found)
