My pc keeps trying to boot from my ide when windows is on my sata hd

My motherbord supports both ide and sata but the power supply only has ide power connectors so i have a ide to sata converter which is used for my sata hd which windows is installed.

Its not really that big of a deal its just i want to save the time in having to push buttons.

I solved the issue, theres a bios setting that i needed to change. all is good we can close this thread
