Dear All,
I need a help/advice for a Laptop model Dell Latitude the symptom of that Laptop is random shutdown during work. Please could you tell me what steps i can take to find the problem? I asked my friend to check it for possible over heating but he said to me that mentioned Laptop is not overheating. Thank you so much i hope to hear soon from you.

Hello LinuxOX,
In what condition is the battery? Try using the laptop without the battery and see if the problem persists.

Thank you for your reply, I'm not sure for the status of the battery because that Laptop isn't mine but friend of mine. I told him to bring it to me so I can check it well then i will reply to you back. Thank you!
