whats the best place to plug in the liquid cooler pump into, my motherboard is a ASUS P8H67-M LX, THE PUMP NOW IS PLUGGED INTO THE CH.FAN 1, AND ITS ONLY RUNNING AT 1,386 BUT TO ME IT SEEMS LIKE ITS NOT AT FULL SPEED WOULD YOU ADVISED TO RUN OFF THE PSU OR THE THE CPU-PWM HEADER, NOW ITS OFF DUE TO I INSTALLED A FAN CONTROLLER FOR THE CPU FAN ON THE RAD ,should the pump be running at a higher speed, and if it does how would you turn up the speed on the pump, the power for that is a 3wire plug not 4, the liquid cooler is a cooler master Seidon 120 v kit.

You can plug that into any fan header however having it plugged into the cpu fan header is best. Have you checked the specs of the pump to see what the running specs should be?

Plug the pump into the CPU Fan Header. if the pump is a 3 pin plug it will work perfectly fine in a 4 pin header. Also, if you plug it in the fan header on the board it will work because they all have the same voltage running through them.
1300 RPM seems a bit low for that pump. Check to make sure there are no kinks in the tube or air bubbles could cause an issue.#
Download
cam app so we can see pump speed. Also, the pump could have variable speed where it will ramp up under load.
