Hi DiegoPCFan,

First of all, please backup any important data before starting any type of repair!

Second of all, What things have you tried already to fix it yourself?

#3
Hello,

First of all, regedit backup and system restore point are already up

I have tried the video that Britec made about this topic [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9PNZxabxbQ] but with no succes

OK,

First of all, Power off the system completely and turn it on normally. Could be a simple fix.

If that doesn't work, try to install it using these download links:

#5
Both are not workijng

#6
Ok then, it seems windows is rejecting it.

Try again but make disable your antivirus first.

#7
Both still not working when MalwareBytes nor Windows Defender are not running

#8
Perform SFC scan

Click 'Start' > Type cmd in the search field > Right-click the command prompt at the top of the list and select 'Run as Administrator'
Inside the command prompt, type sfc /scannow > Press 'Enter'
4. Reboot and test.

DiegoPCFan, please run the SFC scannow like compton suggested. After it has completed, please type the following command and press enter:
Code:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
A text file will be created on your desktop called sfcdetails, please post that in your next reply
