Comodo Dragon Browser
#1
Hi

Been subscribed to the Britec YouTube channel for some time now and learned so much following Brian's tutorials. I know Brian has tested Comodo's Internet Security Suite in the past and gave it the thumbs up but I can't recall him commenting specifically on their Comodo browser. Their website claims it's a more secure version of Chrome. Having just installed 8.1 to dual boot on my laptop after following Brian's video, of course, I'm thinking of switching my browser to Dragon but would like some impartial advice first eg is it really worth making the change and am I likely to run into any problems with syncing my google account etc?

Any advice welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I would of thought you wouldn't run in to any problems as it sounds like a very developed browser that can handle modern code and html 5 etc. "Is it worth it?" That's up to you, if you feel it's better then go for it. I used to use SRWare Iron which is a fork of chrome which is all about online privacy and safety, it was good but a bit lacking in some features.

Its going to be more secure, but as always, if depends on your surfing habits and how you deal with them, user error is always why we get infected.
