Don't put Windows 10 on your old system. 3GB ram of DDR2 667mhz is not enough.

- Do you want to buy new parts?
- Do you want to use the computer and parts you already have?
We seem to be going round and round in circles. You have had a list of new parts for $200 and I can see what else we can do.

ok so you are upgrading the old system with a new
power supply
hard drive
memory
you can't upgrade the memory to 8GB
