Take a look at the manual of Linux lite:
https://www.linuxliteos.com/manual/customize.html

More specifically look at "Customizing Linux Lite"

You would have to edit a few files using Thunar, do you think you're up to it as it can be a little tricky?

There are certain things that can be added to a context menu but 'Undo ****' isn't one of them. Simple reason being;

When you use Delete the file is gone, don't want it gone use Move To Trash.

When using Copy and you've copied the wrong file, just delete it.

When using Move, just move it back.

You can however, add certain programs to the context menu but you have to understand the commands necessary to create it.
