I have software that you can manually add the folder you wish to clean but I only know few folders that are just taking up space/Not needed.
Does anyone know the locations of any folders that have tem files that can be deleted without issues?

You mean the Temp folder?
There's also the likes of Roaming / Local / LocalLow type folders
