I have a Lenovo Think Pad. The screen has gone on it and I am using the TV via HDMI. It has Unbutu loaded on it, I want to put it back to Windows. I am not Abel to because what ever I try I can't get up the BIOS to make the required changes. I have tried to load Windows on the hard disk using another computer forgetting that can't be done due to the info Windows takes from each computer. Can anyone help or suggest what I can do.

when you power it on press on F1 very quickly

when you tap F1 very quickly what happens?
then select Fn and F7 to switch display
