You can also do it in most image manipulators such as Gimp.

I would at least add a watermark to any personal photos before uploading them to that site.

Cool! looking for something like this. thanks! I only know about compressing pdf. file (with Smallpdf), but not jpg. Every time I want to resize my picture I have to open Photoshop and do few commands. But the good thing is that with Photoshop I can have it reduce to a specific size that I want. Well...guess I couldn't have convenience and accuracy at the same time.
