windows 10 freez up blue screen missing files
#31
Hey Craig,

First, uninstall all of those programs that you're using. Even Wise Care 365... Some of that software does more harm than good.

If System Restore is turned on, select the oldest restore point and check the system. If you have missing files, this may not work, but worth a shot.

Then check your hard drive status using CMD as admin:
Code:
wmic diskdrive get status
If all is ok, go to next step... If you get an error, something is wrong with your hard drive.

Run Check Disk using CMD as admin:
Code:
chkdsk C: /r
Select "Y" to schedule check and reboot. Go to next step...

Run an image repair using CMD as admin:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot and check system, if your still having issues... go to next step...

Perform a Repair Install following this video that Brian made:

Check System...

This should get your system up and running again, let us know...
