Using ram disk as virtual memory and what is dos boot sector?
#1
It sounds dumb to put virtual memory on a ram drive but i noticed theres ram drives that give you the option to run a pagefile on a ram drive?

And in dataram ramdisk what the dos boot sector section for?

If a RAM drive is configured, that portion of the primary memory would be out of the equation if you take the total capacity of the memory into account

So if you set up a virtual memory on the RAM drive, which virtually would act as a storage media, it may make sense in that context
