com surrogate

dear forum members

the last few days im having a problem with com surrogate its a program what opens with picture viewer en after 6 or 7 pictures it stops working and has too close down
hes anyone a idea how to fixed this,i have searched around the net but its all miss info or trolls who thinks that it all works

i got a picture with it so you all see what the problem is.

Hey Edwin, Welcome to the forum
Try this and see if it works, you can always reverse it if it don't work.

1. Click Start
2. Right click on Computer, and select Properties.
3. Click on Advanced System Settings, click the Advanced Tab
4. In the Performance section, click Settings
5. Select the “Data Execution Protection” tab, and then click the ‘Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select’ option.
6. Click the Add button, and then browse to C:\Windows\System32\dllhost.exe
7. Click open, click OK on the warning message.
8. Click Apply/OK.

Update the Intel Video Card (if you have one) driver.

Take out the RAM sticks and gently rub the keys with a Ink Eraser to remove any ESD (and it also polishes them up nicely)
