I got a lot of hostility in the comments and people generally being nasty with a lot of thumbs down to the video.
I had a number of people who paid for the "Britec Malware Removal USB Toolkit" and I am sure I would of had a lot more.

I pulled the video and webpage and deleted the download link for the Britec Malware Removal USB Toolkit and refunded all the money.
It makes me laugh as soon as you mention money $20 and people go all crazy.

I put a lot of time and effort into running my channel, forums, website and that is how some people repay me. I put a product review up and people abandon the video because they want How to videos. There is over 1300 videos and I do nothing but devote my time to help and share knowledge and some people cause a riot in the comments.

People are getting more videos than ever and they still complain.
I feel very sorry for the people who want to help and support me.

I did wonder about this myself, I received an email late last night with a video link, checked it today and there it was...gone.

Don't feel too bad Brian, it is after all YT. The mentality and IQ of a lot of users is that of a biscuit. Next time just add a disclaimer and you should be covered, as long as the infos there they can't complain.

just wanted to say I would like the usb toolkit which I saw on you tube I have not got a lot of money as I have been out of work now for a year but I still like to pay something for it. If I could have it for £5.00 if that's ok with you I understand a lot of work went into making it as I brought the last one off you and that was great and very useful as well

Just want to say, youtube users and their comments can really be mean spirited. Some people like myself never say anything mean. As for britec vids, they are all very informative. Even the ones im not interested in. Ignore the haters and keep making videos brian..thats how i came to be here
