It says that the software must be either registered or removed after the trial; you may try a free alternative like Q-Dir

Like Partha says it's trial or licence, that's shareware for you but there are alternatives. I think I used to use this one :

Heres what looks like a good alternative all though i haven't used it yet im definitely gonna try it out
