New year, new direction
#1
Since on many tech support forums iam on including this one, i will abandon. The reason is, i require a set amount of time to obtain a reply. Even an old thread that is open and at a later time i would add extra content, would not be noticed right away. Iam setting up to receive comprehensive pc protection plan from a major retail chain with 24/7 support as well as round the clock live chats. With that said, my activity on here will decrease signifigantly. If! That plan goes sour, i may return to resume activity. If iam MIA by end of january, youll know why

Sorry to see you go PrimeDirective64 however I do feel that you had replies in a timely manner. Do realize our staff is on a volunteer basis and I think you received timely responses considering.

Like Tim wrote, people in the forum work voluntarily and as a result, there could be delays at times, but then it's your choice

I am sorry but I also think you got a very fast reply,s which was less than 24 hours

Some forum you have to wait a week for reply
With that being said do wish you best luck with 24 hours support plan

This is a free tech support forum. Everyone here has a life and a job to do in the real world, so expecting them to jump because someone or you post a question is wrong. People give there free time to answer and help people. I think today people expect far to much from people who give up there time for free on a daily basis. Also we have just had the Christmas holiday's and people are spending time with the family and loved ones.

Maybe i should give my mobile number so i can be on call 24/7 for free.

All I can say is Wow!! I also foresee a future rant sometime in February about how someone didn't get their $99.99 setup fee refunded.

I wanna say sorry if my post sounds ungrateful. Trying to be more positive in new year. Decided to stop by here from time to time. And of course follow brian's new video uploads.

P.s. cheers for the reply of my comment to latest upload brian
