Intern PC Repair proposition
#1
Hi All,

I was wondering if one of you highly intelligent business professionals, might want to share an example of an "Intern Contract"

We have interns joining and I don't want all my teachings to be for nothing, their lvl is basic, so I thought if I could use a contract
that after a certain period they would receive a starting salary etc...and they would agree to what? Working more?
If anyone has a template or have built their own, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks for your generous, priceless, knowledge.   Big Grin

Its very important to set out a learning program for these interns as some company's just use them to do there work and then get rid of them near the end of time with no hope of a paying job.

In my opinion they are not there to make your life easier, they are there to learn how to fix computers.

Remember to always keep it professional

Here is a start for you:

Responsibilities & Job Fuctions

1.  Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software
2.  Installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers
3.  Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems
4.  Backup Procdures
5.  Identify computer components
6.  Meeting critical time deadlines and setting out priorities
7.  Logging all procedures they do
8.  Organizing own work
9.  Write simple correspondence and Understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
10. Present information in one on one to customers and associates
11. Explaining techniques and procedures to non-technical users
12. Smartly dressed and hygynic
13. Always be polite and courteous to people
14. No swearing around customers
15. Learn to use own initiative and independent judgement

Hope this helps
