Windows live mail 2009 to Outlook problem

Where did you buy them from? What is your Web hosting comapany? i.e 1and1, 123reg, etc.

Once you know your web hosting name, search for: "Webhosting Name email server settings" in my case I would type 1and1. Search results will appear with these. Or you could go to the main website directly and search.

For 1and1, here are settings:

Hope this helps

Thank you very much for your feedback! Unfortunately, these emails are a customer of mine's that were made around 20 years ago for him by someone else, so he has no idea where they are from hence why I'm finding it really hard to add them to outlook. They could be different emails, but then why do the emails from admin@ and flash@ go to the inbox of chaz@ (the one I have got working on outlook).

I'm currently trying to google a way of finding out where the email came from.

If they are a business I would just put them all on the same email server like rackspace its cheap and secure and easy to manage and they have great customer support.

Check it out here Rackspace

Hi everyone,

I managed to get the emails I wanted to add to outlook added to the Mailbird email client no problem. The only problem now is that Mailbird didn't seem to copy across all the subfolders that the emails had when they were on windows live mail. It only copied the Inbox? I think it is because these emails are POP3 emails with BT and I'm sure I looked it up and found that POP3 servers don't copy across created subfolders?

Any ideas?

I always create my own backups and then if I need them I always have them. Never used mailbird so I would not know, I just hope you don't have it set to delete emails on server after a period of time.
