looks safe but would run in a sandbox just to be safe

I have never used the program, you could always install in a virtual machine and download what you want from there and transfer to your main desktop after you map the drive. Its safer that way.

Download Sandboxie.
Once installed, look at the notification area for a yellow diamond shape (or yellow parallelogram).
Right click on that icon and select Default Box.
Then select Run Any Program.
Wait for it to open (may take a little while)
When the Run Sandboxed - Default Box appears either type the full name of the program you wish to run; for example "mrt.exe" (minus quotes) or select the Browse option to navigate to the program you want.
Hit OK and wait for either UAC to open or the program you chose, to open.
If you move your mouse pointer towards the top of that programs window you'll notice a yellow border all around it.
