How to Setup DECKLINK 4K EXTREME 12G

I have installed the DECKLINK 4K EXTREME 12G card into the pc and I need help on how to plug in the hmti cord into the V and how get it recorded from card using software that supports it

This equipment is super hi end and I am wondering why you would by something like this if you don't know how to use it? its £600.
