well I am seeing its working

disable Realtek digital audio

and

Realtek digital audio optical





this is how I download driver using snappy driver

• select download indexes only
• then after a few minutes
• drivers for your system should show up
  
  

• make sure you select Realtek high definition audio

I can't find 'download indexes only'. Could have sworn I saw that too. BTW, I have a different start page than you.

Fixed!

Though I did such a couple of days ago I changed the port to the "green" one.

Admin/Mods, close the thread if need be.

Thanks Compton. It was obvious that I was going nuts trying to figure this out. As I said I trd switching the ports and it didn't work. Maybe it had to do with the new driver, etc.
