this is how I download driver using snappy driver
select download indexes only
then after a few minutes
drivers for your system should show up
take a snapshot of what drivers show up

I am abandoning the mission now as there are no drivers for the HP 200 wireless mouse and I am going to donate it to the Police Office where I volunteer and bung it on their laptop!
Thanks for all your tips but I think this is up to Microsoft to come up with a whole bunch of fixes after the last Spring and Cumulative updates!
I ended up with an extra User Account on both my Laptop and my Tower PC - I am a fan on Win10 but this is stretching my enthusiasm for it right now.
