My Hp Laptop w Windows 10 will not populate any usb devices or hard drives

Ok I have Reset the Local & Admin Passwords However In The Lasesoft Suite it has no place to input a new password It looks to only reset them to allow you access on reboot Is that Correct?

yes it will remove the password of account allowing you to Automatic login

it's always better to have a password for security reason

Rebooted and on lower left corner

My Pauli925Productons showed up w my picture for log in
Then under it Administratior

I clicked on Administrator

It’s now on Blue Screen that says “We’ll be ready soon Don’t turn of your PC”
Now in but only had black desktop windows bar and rest is black

On Boot Up Shows White Box In it

Location is not available

C\WINDOWS\system32config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailabile
The has the clickable OK

Widows bar is on bottom of screen with the clickable windows symbol Avast and Makwarbytes In the bar battery power symbol internet fan symbol date and time are showing The Trash Can is on the desktop can’t access anything by clicking widows symbol to find software or Device Mgr or settings etc

I think the reason for a black screen is because of a wallpaper not being set

Can not get to restart or shutdown cant type anything into the ask me anything Box can only push power button on Laptop to shutdown and restart and it reboots in Administratior with no option for Pauli925Productons

Do I need to use the usb to reset password access to see if I can gain the access from the Pauli925Productons?

Only boots now Administratior with all the issues I mentioned here
