End up doing what one of the comments suggested in this YouTube video
Using Ctl+alt+ delete that allowed me to sign off of the Administratior Which brought back up in the lower left corner the clickable users login choices
My User account with the picture I gave it and the Administratior logon
When I clicked my User Login choice it let me onto my desktop with everything on it There and all the software

So now running Malware Bytes To Scan For rootkits And Malware Then will change and add new password Then will run SFC Scan Now & chkdsk

God willing we can then go on to making the USB ports populate and regonize the usb Flash Drive
