Say This

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in

User Profile cannot be loaded

This is what it says when I attempt to log onto the Nee User Windows Profile I just created

I have a fn key on my keyboard that gets access to the function keys on top of keyboard

Tapping on F8 key during Reboot Restart will get me Into Safe Mode nor will holding it down during reboot Either Is there another way to get into Safe Mode for the New User Profile Account?

you should start a new thread  with that question

let's get this problem  The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in

then we could close this thread because this is getting pretty long

log in to a working user account then login safe mode

How to boot into Safe Mode in Windows 10

Where should the new Thread start mate and under what title? Also the Problem with the USB Ports not working which was what started this is not yet resolved

Only the USB 3.0 Port is working the other 3 do not work Because it seems the drivers are missing for some reason
