Also tried to do the Uninstall part from this video and cant do it as the items in the USB list Will Not Uninstall
Will need help on this from you my mates here for sure

Perform SFC scan



Click 'Start' > Type cmd in the search field > Right-click the command prompt at the top of the list and select 'Run as Administrator'
Inside the command prompt, type sfc /scannow > Press 'Enter'
4. Reboot and test.

I did a Windows 10 Update before seeing your rep,y mate
This solved this problem Then on its own the Windows 10 went into restore mode and restored itself to the previous version and Locked Me Out
My Log In PIN will not work any longer

Saying Something went wrong (code: 0x80090016)

Real worried now

I have been using my 4 digit PIN and not a password which I do not remember

ok let's try resetting the password and see if that works

Reset Password in Windows Live That had no effect it’s a Local set up password ore than likely
