Major Muck-Up Here - Please Help If You Can

Win10 Pro PC
MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro 9.1 installed

I attempted this evening to create a bootable USB recovery drive, using a 16GB USB drive. UNFORTUNATELY ....

I have mucked things up and wrongly targeted my 4TB external drive (which I use for system and data back-ups and for storing my many and varied mp3 and mp4 files) instead of the USB drive.   *GULP*

The 2 attached jpgs confirm the status of my external drive.

Can you please advise if there is any way I can restore my 4TB external drive to how it was before I mucked-up this evening?

I am unsure and nervouse about how to proceed.

I am gutted at my own stupidity
