plugging monitor cord into the monitor port cause beeping noise when turn on

btw when i got my 4k monitor every time plugging monitor cord into the monitor port cause beeping noise when turn on.the bad news is i dont know what error that is because i dont own a POST card to find out what error number it is and they only work for the old pcs.if you can help with solve the two i be very thankful.

So you get beeps and no post from your computer?

How are you plugging your monitor cable into your computer? HDMI? Display Port? VGA?

Does you computer have the ability to display 4k resolution?

Does your computer work ok with a 1920x1080 monitor?

ok is it onboard video or a video card?

let start here try reseating memory that may why you are getting beeps
