this is my point if you upgrade to windows 10 1809

you have no need to  downgrade if you have not lost any data it only happens when  you are  upgrading

to windows 1809 you will not lose data after the  upgrade  is completed

I understand Microsoft said you should rollback & jump back 1803 but I think Microsoft is in a panic right now

I am using  windows 10 1809 have not lost any data

people may say you are Microsoft fanboy no I am not  a fanboy of Microsoft if they do BS

I will say they did  BS

don't get me wrong I am not saying, people  have not lost data

but some people are adding fuel to the fire

I agree with some of what this guy said

Still running 1809, 6 days and counting.
After updating on Oct 2nd, using Windows Update Assistant.

No data loss or anything unusual to report.

Its 10 days for me no problem no data lost

My best advice to people if you have no problem no data lost

Do not downgrade because doing that comes with risk also

Guess I won't be upgrading for a while. I definitely do move my documents, pics , videos, etc to my large mechanical drive....when will it be safe to do the upgrade? I currently have "paused updates" for 30 days.

well from what that guy is saying Microsoft may release 1809 in the next 2 week

this is what I  would do after 1809 release give it month before upgrading
