#1
Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good (free) email converter?

Have a customer being a pest wanting all there sent emails copied across to there new computer and no other way of getting them because they won't download after the email account being added to the new computer.

It is a btconnect.com email address.

Three months of previous inbox emails came back once the email was added to the outlook 2019 pro plus application. But no sent emails synced with it and the customer needs them, unfortunately.

When you say convert you mean download?

I don't of any program to download BT email

The reason why I post that link is because if you get it to resyn in outlook the sent mails

Should show up

Or you should able to login to BT to get them
