I have two issues with Outlook on Windows 10 Pro.

Fellow Geeks,

Outlook will not save the order of the folders that I have rearranged. For example, when I move the Outbox and Junk more towards the top, under the Inbox, close the program, and reopen, the files revert to the original order. So, the Junk and Outboxes go to the position they were before the move.

There is this other issue of when an Address is entered as "Safe" it might still go to the Junk folder.

I've looked for answers but cannot find anything. TIA.
