Windows 7 USB / DVD Download Tool

When i was trying to install it gives me error
I tried in the following:

I am using Win10 Pro 1803 x64

Downlaoded and installed latest Windows Updates

Checked hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo but still healthy

Checked hard drive with SeaTools but short DST passed

Uninstalled and reinstalled .NET Framework 3.5 (Includes 2.0 and 3.0)

sfc /scannow but no corrupted files found

Redownloaded Windows 7 USB / DVD Download Tool

any suggestions?

also i did dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth on the command prompt

also i did run windows installer service

i did everything ran as administrator

but no luck
