Hard Drive Problems
#1
So I've got a docking station https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B018EOZGU2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
In order to back up data onto separate drives.

And I have a new backup drive a 6TB Western Digital Green and I'm attempting to move data across to this drive. The first occasion I ran into a problem where for some or known reason it "became corrupt" and I ran the chkdsk J: /f /r /x command where after some 8 hours it fixed the problem and I was able to access the drive.

But I'm running into problems here, in event viewer I'm getting an error log Log Name: The IO operation at logical block address 0x3e0315d8 for Disk 7 (PDO name: \Device\0000008a) was retried.

Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Did you check the health of hard drive?

1. Check your hard drive health
2. Update your driver for the docking station
3. Make sure connections to your motherboard are seated properly
4. Make sure ram is seated properly

The link below might help also but make sure to backup your system especially before making changes to your registry
