i have windows vista 64 when i try to play a game it says am missing that dll file i tryed about 7 different things and non are working
then i tryed this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-6dmZjDZjw got to the end and it seems like it froze on c:\windows\lastgood\syswow64\nvoglv3
i even let it run for 6 hours while i went to sleep and it still nothing do i just exit it? try it again? is there something else i can do?

Hi kenpachiblood, welcome to the forum

Try and install one of these, if your running a Windows 32bit system, download x86
for 64bit Operating System, download x64

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

OK, uninstall that version first

i went and reset my computer back to factory thinking that would fix it well it didnt i installed the 64 bit casue i ahve 64 bit os but i still get the missing dll file

yea but now i cant download stuff like vlc player i used firefox to get the file but i cant downlaod it i downloaded it using firefox cause google chrome internet explorer werent downlaoding i and thing i just click the download and nothing happens and now its doing it to the firefox download of vlc player to so now i dont know what going on

ok i just downloaded another update and also removed the program i was trying to run that kept popping up the missing dll file also the program i was trying to run that had the missing dll file was a game called smite am going to reinstall it and see if it is what is making it so that i cant downlaod stuff

also when i did both those things am able to download from google now

so i just need to get a newer os like get windows 7 or 8? would that fix it?
