Does that happens if you observe the values while WRT and the Performance Monitor - not Task Manager or Resource Monitor - are kept opened side by side for some time?
WRT and Performance Monitor side by side yes.
Please keep in mind Alex I have witnessed this on only a couple of occasions. I check this on systems that have limited resources such as systems that have a minimum amount of memory. When I start noticing lag I observe the WRT resource levels and they look fine so I open Performance Monitor and I see a much different story and then I know why the computer is lagging. Hope this makes sense.
