First you going to need to know if the problem is your end or to do with your ISP.
- Try changing your DNS server.
- Use wired instead of wireless.
- Use phone line filters on all sockets.
- Try using the shortest cable possible and see if speed improves.
- Make sure your plugged into the master socket with the shortest possible cable and see if connection improves.
- (Optional) Change router and cable modem for a better one.
- Run tracert to see if you getting lost packs or packet loss.
